Ford Mustang: Mustang car alarm, bells and whistles, generation mustang

My alarm is not re-seting itself.  I lock my car for the day , go to work and come back and then I cant start the car because of the alarm.  I am constantly clicking it back and forth to lock and unlock until I can start it.  Is there a computer box that we need to have looked at or replaced so I dont continue to have this problem  and all the bells and whistles that go along with it?

You don`t say what year Mustang you have but I`m assuming it`s not a first generation Mustang. Take it to your local Ford dealer or contact the company that made your car alarm, if it is self installed. They should be able to shed some light on this. Rhonda
