yes sir my question is, is it possible to install 4WD package in a 2WD model on a 2000 GMC 2500 sirrea? Can you also give me a cost.

Yes it is , although it would be very costly . I would not suggest doing so . You would require the following :

Wiring :
Fuse Panel
Switches to header panel
Relays
Transfer Case
Front End axle assm  
Possibly new transmission to mount to 4 wheel drive hub assm
I would guess approx 4-5000
You could swap out a unit from a junk yard and save money . Although you can always run into issues when doing something like this .
