Honda: Check engine light on, honda accord coupe, honda accord

I have a 2000 honda accord coupe ex v6 it has 193000 miles on it. I came home from work last night and the check engine light came on, as soon as I got home I check all my head light and tail light they were all good. Then I turn the engine off and pull all the fuse to see if they were worn, but all was fine. I restarted the car and the check engine light was gone. The next morning I went to work every thing was fine, until I came home it came on agian. Can you please tell me what is wrong with my car. O yea I never had a tuned up ever since I bought the car in 1999, and if I get a tuned up how much would it cost. Thank You

The check engine light has absolutely nothing to do with any of your lights.Its acheck engine light.Usually coused by something emisions related,when you pulled the fuse you reset the computor thats why the light went off.Its time for a tune up should noy be but a couple of hundred give or take but you are way over due for a timing belt.Unless you plan on a new engine get it done.have the shop that does the tune up check the code it could be as simple as a loose gas cap.
