Honda: honda odyssey, lithium grease, sliding door tracks

I need to grease the sliding door tracks and looking to remove the sliding track cover that is on the outside of the van. How can that be done?  Please post answer to this website....Thank  you very much.

You dont need to remove the cover just spray some grease, lithium grease works well.  Also use wome silicon spray on the door seals that is usually the problem with sticky sliding doors.Your dealer has a tube of grease made just for them its called shin etsu , not shure about the spelling.
