what is the timing setting for a 95 1.6 engine need to know where the marks line up to

The 1.6L cam timing marks are located at roughly the 7 o'clock position on the cam gear. There is a small white arrow on the lower timing cover and a small line on the cam gear.

I am 95% certain that this pertains to your engine, it is for the 1990 1.6 L Honda Engine.
