Honda: Honda Repair, wheel weights, wheel bearings

Question
I have a 1991 Honda Accord Ex/ 4 door. I am the origninal owner of this car. Up until 2002 I keep the all maintance up on this car. When my niece turned 16 I gave her the car. Well if you can only imagine, the radio works just fine but the the rest of the car needs some serious work. The major thing that I am concern with is a lot of shaking when you get the car up about 55 mph. It seems to be coming from the passenger front tire area. I can get up my speed, hold the steering wheel on the left side and you can hardly feel the shaking in the steering wheel, but I hold the right side it feels like you have Parkenson Disease. Also the window on the drivers side get stuck, and cigarett lighter does not work. And one unique problem I had the the last two year when I drove the car. During the spring & summer in Maryland it gets quite hot and humid, I can go to start the car and It will not start, because inside the car it very hot after about 10 to 15 mins. the car will start most on the time, so I had this check out, it is not the starter, battery, I was told it is a regulator in the dashboard, I was told to hit the dashboard near the drivers side door and it would start, well it does work most of the time, when the weather cools off in late September I don't have that problem until spring rolls around again, but I would like to get it fixed. If you could give me and idea what itis.
Thank you in advance.

Answer
Jay,get the front end up in the air and check the wheels and tires for any kind of damage(look for missing wheel weights or a slipped belt on the tires)its possible that all you need is to have the tires re-balanced.also check for any loose front end components(tie rods, ball joints, wheel bearings..etc)Next question;Look at the front corner of the window run seal, right by the mirror,I'll bet your gonna see the seal all bunched up in that corner and if thats the case then you need a new seal,it slows the front portion of the window and causes a big gap at the rear of the glass or the window may not go all the way up because of the binding in the channel.Next question, check the fuse, whats the real problem;element doesnt get hot or the cell phone wont charge?Next question;it's called a main relay, replace it.theres a solder connection inside that looses continuity in high heat situations,i've replaced quite a few of them to resolve that very problem.Let me know.    Ray
