Mercedes: Mercedes 450SLC Wipers, fuse directory, side fender

Hi,

I have a 1980 450SLC which has stopped auto-parking its wipers and the deleay wipe has also stopped working. Any suggestions much appreciated

The wiper motor has a control delay and park, but I am not sure which one it would be. I do not have a schematic for that vehicle. It may be attached to the motor drive, or one of the relays in the fuse box on the driver side fender. Look at the relay/fuse directory on the lid to see it it tells which relay is the correct one.
I would also check on www.benzworld.org forums. It has been a very good resource for me.
