Oldsmobile/Buick: 95 Olds Cutlass Supreme (convertible), olds cutlass supreme, heat blowers

Question
While driving at night the car does not seem to be charging the battery guage goes down to about 10 or 11, I then flick the lights to trick it, turn off the heat/blowers then it starts charging again - lights brighten up.  I have taken it in, they say that there is nothing wrong. Had alternator rebuilt, put on computer, new battery, fuses checked. Can you suggest anything. Thanks KIM.

Wiring in general may be an issue and honestly I don't know enough about newer oldsmobiles to make an educated guess . Sounds to me like either the battery or the alternator .

I would take it to another shop or the dealer to have it looked at .
