Pontiac: A/C broken.., dash vents, freon

Question
Ok sorry about that. This is the problem then.
1. The the dash vents are not blowing any air at all, cold or hot..
When i try to change the vents air flow with the vent controller, nothing happens, only air comes from the floor, and the defroster vents. Could you tell me what might be the cause?

2. The A/C does not work, I charged it back up with freon, still nothing, the compressor kicks in but no cold air. I also checked for the fuses and all are ok. What might the problem be?

I hope i explained everything better for you..
Sorry about before.

Ok sorry for the miss information, yes the defroster works, when i said top vents i meant the forward vents... but just found out that my blend doors are not open..
I was told that when i put the freon into my car, it would open back again..  I tried it, but the blend doors will not open. Does this mean my blend doors are bad, and if so, How can i find a manual to replace them, I have looked everywhere, including the net for a .PDF file, but could not find one for my vehicle.
again sorry for the bad information..

95 Grand Prix 3100 engine..
I know my A/C unit needs freon, but when i use my heat, the top vents do not work..
The lover vents by the feet work but the top does not..  is there a reason for this?
Answer -
The top vents are for the defroster, not the heater. If you turn on the defroster, do they work?

Answer -
The amount of freon has nothing to do with the mode door operation.
You have to have it set on bi-level to get air out of the bottom heater ducts and the dash vents at the same time.
You may be able to find a service manual at the library.
Sorry if I'm not answering your question better but You need to tell me exactly what the problem is so that I can give you a fix for it. I dont care what other people have told you. "Other people" are usually wrong because they dont know anything about cars, they just go by what "other people" have told them.

Answer
Yes, that was much better. Thank you.
The problem with no air flow through the dash vents is a loss of vacuum to the controler. There should be a vacuum line running from the engine to the inside of the car. This is the vacuum supply to the controls. Check for unplugged hose or a split in the line.
The problem with the AC may be that it is not fully charged. Just because the compressor turns on does not mean that it has enough of a charge to make it cold.
