Toyota: 03 Corrola Power Windows, power windows, relays

Question -
All 4 power windows have stopped working.  Dealership claims it due to after market stereo I installed.  I don't believe them.  We never went near the brain or any of its wires.  Do you have any ideas of where the problem might be or where I can find specs on the power windows. I appreciate any help.

Check fuses and Relays if they are still ok. Otherwise try remove the radio and see if it is the cause... but I don't think so.

Thank you for your quick response.  I did not see an indicator  on the relays to see if they are still good.  Is there some method or test?

Sorry I think the only way is to try change it with a new one and see if it works.. Try for example using a relay from another car, or use one similar dedicated to something you're sure it works now.
