4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: squeaking noise, loose bolt, jeep liberty

when I get in and out of the front seat of my 2002 Jeep Liberty the car makes a loud squeaking noise.  when I push down hard ont he seat, the car goes up and down with the squeaking noise.  Is this dangerous?  Do you know what is wrong and how much it will cost to be fixed?

First, you need to find out where the squeak is coming from.  Is it the seat, or the suspension?  If it is the seat, trace out the noise, and see if it is a loose bolt or connection.  If it is in the suspension, you may have a worn body mount, or it may be nothing more than the Jeep needing a lube job.
