Suzuki: cylinder head replacement in szuki swift, mechanical problem, cylinder head

Question
I own a 2006 Szuki Swift that already had the cylinder head replaced in 2007.  The engine light has been on and I took it to the mechanic yesterday and he advised that cylinder #2 is misfiring but not sure why but said it is not due to the fuel injector and advised that it is mechanical problem in the cylinder head and that I should take it to the dealer.  So I made an appointment.  The car is no longer under warranty and the dealership couldn't care less about the problem.  My question is should the cylinder head have to be replaced for a second time.  The car has just under 20,000 kms on it.

Answer
In theory, the head should be good.

I suggest you go to iatn.org, and use the shop finder on the front page to try to find someone who is ASE certified, and has the knowledge and desire to help with your problem.

It could be something other than a mechanical issue, and electrical/electronic instead.
