Suzuki: vibration on suzuki jimny, wheel bearings, friction surface

Question
Hello Sir,
i have a suzuki jimny and theres a strong vibration on it, when i hit the brakes at speeds between 80 and 100 km/h i have balanced the front wheels, changed the front disk brakes and pads, putted grease on the front bearings, changed the tires and balanced again, nothing changed and everything on the front suspension is good what do you think is causing this vibration
Thank you

Answer
It sounds like you have done all the right things.

When adjusting the wheel bearings, many manufacturers suggest a little slack, or "play" in the bearings.  Play has been known to make a shimmy worse.

The fact that it happens when you brake, makes it a brake problem.
Make certain that the rotors, as installed on the vehicle, have no "runout", or wobble at the friction surface.  It's possible that the rotor has runout.

Go back and recheck everything.
