Suzuki: 2006 Reno loss of compression on 1 head, valve cover gasket, suzuki reno

Question
I have a 06 suzuki reno. While i drive it thru a paking lot slowly and take off onto main street or say if i am in a drive thru lane and then take off to leave, when i give it gas it would bog down and emit a batch of white smoke for a couple of seconds. It would burn thru oil quickly and i had to replace a quart about ever week and a half.I changed the plugs which had alot of oil on them and changed the valve cover gasket.I continued to do same. Also at start up it would make a chattering sound in the engine.Just recently i started it and gave it a good rev cuz it was having trouble turning over and once i hit the highway it ran really rough and the engin light was flashing. Took it to dealer and they thought it was valve cover gasket and ignition coil. they replaced and still gaveem problems. They did a compression test and found 1 head that has no compression.they are sendin the head to suzuki to look at to eval for warranty replacement or engine replacmnt.I asked if its covered under pwoer train and they said yes if it was not caused by sludge or over heating. Ive never had a problem with over heating and ive change my oil on a reg basis. I used 10-30 oil rather than 5-30 since i live in the heat of texas. do think that may have caused sludge or driving it with low oil possibly. I never had a check oil flash on but at time it was vary low when i checked it. What do you think of all this?

Answer
There are too many possibilities to discuss without having access to the vehicle to examine it myself.
It's possible the one cylinder without compression is the problem
heavy clatter/knock has been known to light the check engine light due to knock sensor readings.
Low oil could be responsible for abnormal rod bearing wear, and/or lifter clatter.
since it's a warranty/power train issue, be glad.
