Suzuki: 1995 sidekick turn signals, fuse block, flasher relay

I have a 1995 sidekick.  there are two main concerns.  first, my turn signals only work when they wnat to.  someone said it was a flasher relay, but noont can tell us WHERE that is located.  also, occasionally when i start it up, the engine squeals really loudly for a while.  once it happened during the entire 15 minute drive to work.  can you help me with either of these two problems?  thanks

The squeaking is probably the fan and alternator belt. Replace it with a new one.
As for the placement of the flasher, It's on the fuse block.   For the placement of that, look in the owner's manual.  If I remember correctly, it's under the dash to the left.  (at least that's the placement on Samurai)
