Question
I'm a female who bought a 2002 used Buick rendezvous last year. balance due is about 10,000 I have not been happy with the car since day one. It had a few problems that was never taken care of. the intake manifold leaks. I'm trying to purchase a new car can i just return the car or I'm i stuck with it. lemon law said they can't help.

Answer
The only way to return a used vehicle is with the help of the lemon law that applies in your state.  If the state agency that administers the law told you the car doesn't qualify, then there really isn't much you can do; there are no laws that require dealers to take back a vehicle that customers aren't happy with.  If you can't get the dealer from whom you purchased it to make good on the repairs (why didn't they fix the problems, like the intake manifold?), then your only way out is to trade it in and chalk it up to experience.  Number one rule in buying a used vehicle: trust no one, DO NOT take what they say for granted or as the truth, and get everything in writing.  And I do mean EVERYTHING.
