Tips on Buying Cars: voiding a lease agreement; before possession of the car, time emotion, new mercedes

hi!

I recently signed a car lease contract for a new mercedes and paid about $700 dollars.  I signed all the paperwork, but do not have the car in my possession yet.  The dealer still has the car.  Can i back out of the lease since i do not have the car yet?

OK:In most states(If you live in the USA)until you take delivery(leave the car lot)you do not own the car.If you decided not to buy this car,I may suggest try talk with a manager on your concerns.

After that,if you still do not want the car,insist any money owned to you.Perhaps this time emotion took over,instead of the real reason why you chose this car.And do not forget,there are many other makes than Mercedes. Good luck! Don
