Tips on Buying Cars: just bought a new 2010 RAV 4

misrepesentation of package. I just drove away with a new Rav 4. which i wanted. however, i speficially told the saleman i wanted blue tooth option. the car I was given to drive had a navation system which i didn't care about however he presented that the car had blue tooth as well. HOWEVEAR It does not as I discovered when I was in my garage looking over them manual. I'm not quibbling so much about the price, etc. I got a good deal, I want the car, however want the blue tooth which is package 1. this car has package 2.  Is there anything I can do? I've driven home with the car, and trade in a car. I need to go back to the dealer tomorrow to give them my title on my old car. Also, he said he'd "set up the blue tooth for me" ..which is not there! I think he made a mistake thinking it had blue tooth but does not. They did have a v-6 car limited on the lot with option one package. Can I go back and get that model instead w/o a price. which by the way, the nav system is 500 more! (as I said, I was led to believe that the blue tooth option was on that). There was a sticker on the car clearly marking the options on the car but I took a cursery look to it and mostly spoke to the saleman about the options on the car. Please advise asap. I'm losing sleep!

Do not give them your title, ask for the sales mgr and im sure they will let you swap. I think maybe the salesman may just not know his product that well. It shouldn't be an issue. If for any reason, which I don't think they will, Ask for the general sales mgr and explain the problem. I think this is just an oversight of the salesperson and will easily taken care of.
