Tips on Buying Cars: Returning used car that wont run, fuel pump, fuel injection

I purchased a used car, as is, in late april 2010. It has continually stalled and stopped on me ever since. I have taken to the dealer for repair and was told nothing was wrong with it, add fuel injection fluid. I did and I repalced the fuel pump. Still not working. Am I stuck or can I return thr car? I can't get to work, etc.

Sorry for your problems. Not sure what state you are in, but as is sale, unfortunately means just that. They did not promise you anything nd obviously you did not get what you had hoped for. I recommend you report them to the BBB and ask them to fix it for you, they claim to have told you whay it was not running, but since it still is not see if they will help. I would not be surprised if they ignore your requests. Let me know what happens.
