You want find a torque wrench that will go that low probably.Just divide it by 12 for FTLBS which would be 4-5 ftlbs.
-----Answer-----
3/8" bolts torque to 25 FtLbs & 5/16" bolts torque to 156 InLbs.

Answer
On that eng,you adjust valves & inj on same cyl.The mark A is now 1-6,B is 2-5, & C is 3-4.Valves are Int 0.016 & Exhaust is 0.029.The injector you torque to specs to bottom injector plunger. Then tighten the jam nut down.Adjust the Injector first, then the valves.
