The Camry is a mid-sized automobile made by Toyota. The car originally debuted in 1980, and was a compact car. As of 2009, the Camry has gone through seven generations of redesigns, including a new hybrid design that combines a traditional gasoline and a new electric motor. While there aren't too many components the average consumer would need to replace, the speaker cover might be one of them. They are notorious (especially the rear speaker covers) for falling apart after several years of normal use.
Wedge a flat head screwdriver under the edge of the speaker grill.
Pry up on the grill. There are several retaining clips holding the grill in place. You may end up breaking these clips off to remove the grill. It's okay to do so because you will be replacing these covers with new ones. Many Toyota dealerships insist that you must purchase an entirely new rear cover when replacing the rear speakers, but this is not necessary. Toyota makes the individual speaker covers. Part #04007-521AA-B0 is for gray covers and part #04007-521AA-E0 is for oak colored covers.
Work the screwdriver all the way around the edge of the speaker cover. If you can get your fingers underneath the cover, it may make it easier to pry the cover up. Once the cover is removed, clear the mounting brakes of any broken retainer clip pieces.
Slide the new speaker cover into place. Push on the cover until the speaker cover snaps into place.
