While a custom Dolby CD player installed in your Mercedes may feature more capabilities than your stock player, it is not completely without its problems. One such problem is having your CDs stuck in the system. Remove your stuck CD in just minutes without damaging either your CD or the CD player.
Turn the ignition to the "On" position.
Hold the "Eject" button for up to three minutes to attempt to force the disc out of the Dolby player. Alternatively, try to hold the "Eject" button at the same time as the power button, or hold it while cycling the ignition to the "On" and "Off" position.
Insert a disc into the player and attempt to slide it under the stuck disc. Try to push the stuck disc up with it while holding the "Eject" button.
Press the small black "Reset" button (located on the lower right edge of most Dolby players) with a pin.
