2000 Chevrolet Silverado Paint Codes

The 2002 Chevy Silverado came in nine colors. The codes themselves might have two, three or four digits. For example, black is described by 41, 8555, GBA and WA8555. If a code, such as WA8555 describes the upper body color on a two-tone truck, it becomes U8555. The paint code for your Silverado is printed on a metallic silver label found in your truck’s glove box. The paint code is printed on the bottom-left part of the label and begins with the letters “BC/CC U,” for base coat and clear coat. The U is the upper body color on two-tone vehicles.
