F-350 DRW 4WD Front End Alignment Specifications

The Ford F-350 is available in both single and dual rear wheel configurations. However, the rear wheels of a "dually" pickup have no alignment adjustments, meaning that only the front wheels of the Ford F-350 DRW require alignment.

Caster

  • The 2009 model year Ford F-350 caster ideal specified measurement is 2.4 degrees, however an acceptable range is 1.1 to 3.7 degrees due to a variable allowance of 1.3 degrees.

Camber

  • Camber adjustments should be set between -0.60 to 0.90 on the front wheels of the Ford F-350. However, the ideal measurement is specified at 0.15 degrees.

Toe

  • Front toe, the only toe adjustment on the 2009 Ford F-350 DRW, is ideally measured at 0.1 degrees. Acceptable variance in the front toe is specified as plus or minus 0.25 degrees per wheel.
