Ford Power Stroke truck and SUV owners can now tap into their engine's reserves with the Edge Racing Evolution CS/CTS tuners.

Designed for the 6.0-liter Power Stroke diesels offered from 2003-2007, the tuners are available in four levels. They can unlock up to 130 horsepower and 220 pound-feet of torque in their most extreme application, though final output will depend on other power modifications too. The tuning units provide custom engine tunes for racing and competition trucks and SUVs.
The following tune levels are available:
- Level 1 – 25 horsepower, 90 pound-feet
- Level 2 – 70 horsepower, 110 pound-feet
- Level 3 – 100 horsepower, 160 pound-feet
- Level 4 – 130 horsepower, 220 pound-feet
The difference between the CS and CTS models are the screen sizes and overall design. Edge Products highlights the CS and CTS will remove the Power Stroke’s exhaust gas recirculation function without triggering a check-engine light. Hypothetically, ditching EGR should allow for more fresh air to enter the cylinder chambers but would otherwise contribute to greater emissions (hence this product’s off-highway use only).
