Auto Insurance Claims: LienHolder, collision coverage, unfortunate position

I am in the state of Texas and I had a wreck and only had liabiltiy....I thought the car was totaled but it isnt the repairs are $3000 now can I ask the lienholder to finance he repairs and add the cost to my loan since I do not have the money upfront........

  It is highly unlikely that your lienholder will work with you.  Additionally, you are probably in violation of your loan agreement as it is standard for a lienholder to require that you carry comprehensive/collision coverage.  I wouldn't mention the accident to my lienholder if I could avoid it.

  Your best option is to search around for a body shop or company that can work with you on a payment plan to complete the repairs.  You are in an unfortunate position.  I am sorry I could not bring better news.
