Auto Insurance Claims: Auto Accident, auto accident value

Question
My husband who is physically challenged due to muscular dystrophy met with an accident on June 18th, 2009 while coming to home from his job. He was sitting on passenger side front seat.  Vehicle hit from right side direction and he has to admitted to ER by Fire Services. Initially it was observed that he may have broken ribs from right side of chest, but later on diagnosed with 4 broken ribs through Nuclear test conducted by West Chester Medical Center.  I wanted to know for how much worth his claim is? We live in Cincinnati Ohio. My huband has to loose his job without any financial help from other party till date.

Answer
Your husbands claim will be worth between 2 and 4 times the amount of the medical bills and lost wages, depending on how well your case is documented. The damage to your car should be just for the actual damages. An attorney should be able get a higher figure.
