Auto Insurance Claims: whos fault?, pick up truck, blind spot

im from 2way stop sign.and there a pick up truck in my left side that park about 5 meters in my left.im from the stop after that i rolled up check both side and when im almost in the middle there a car coming from behing of pick up truck who stand as my blind spot and shes coming from no where and its so fast like 70 to 80 speed while that area is residential about 40 or 50max spd.and i got hit by a car from my left side at driver door.and the police give me a ticket because i failed to stop from the stop sign.where in i stop properly and one thing is the pick up truck is not allowed to park that spot.plz give an answer

Hi Victor,

Even though the pick up was blocking your view, this will be considered to be your fault. The other car has the right of way. If you have a witness that can prove that the other car was speeding, it is unlikely that there will be any other conclusion.
