Auto Insurance Claims: I got rear ended while working, delivery driver, insurance company

Question
I recently got rear ended while stopped at a red light. I am a delivery driver and I
was wondering if I can receive any kind of lost pay or anything as I am unable to
work as I do not have a car. Thank you.

Hi Spencer,

You can claim lost pay if you can document it. You will need to have your boss write a letter stating the days thet you missed and how much money you lost each day. You can also ask the insurance company to provide you with a rental vehicle tat they pay for. Then you will be able to work and will not lose any more pay.
