Auto Insurance Claims: Intersection Accident, intersection accident, insurance offices

Question
Hi, thank you in advance for taking the time to anwser my question. I am in the state of PA. Last Wed I was driving down Price St when a woman pulled out right in front of me at the intersetion of Price and Wayne. She had a stop sign and I DID NOT. I slammed on my brakes but ran right in to her drivers side door. There was a witness who told the cop that I WAS NOT speeding and that the other party was in the wrong. I have given statements to both my insurance company and hers, but Allstate (hers) refuses to give me a rental until liability is esablished. It is now Friday and I have no way to get around due to my car having a busted radiator and a cracked bumper and hood...I do not feel this accident is my fault in any way..the Officer on the scene gave the other party a "warning" to not yielding to stop signs...please help.

Answer
Hi Caroline,
Since most insurance offices are going to be closed until the 26th, the best suggestion I can make is for you to rent
(tomorrow morning) the least expensive economy car that you can find and present the bill to Allstate once they decide to accept responsibility for the accident.
I hope this has been of help.
Sincerely,
Bennie
