Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 2000 ford e350 a/c problems, ford e350 van, electrical knowledge

I have a 2000 ford e350 van with an 8cyl gas engine. my a/c stopped working today. I tapped on the blower switch a few times and it kicked back on for a while. then it stopped working again and would not turn back on. went to ford and got a new switch, I installed it and still no a/c. (also nothing on the vent or the heat works.) next I installed a new blower relay located under the hood. still nothing. now what do I do???

Well first make sure the fuse isn't blown then if the switch nor the relay worked now check and see if the relay is clicking that means its working and to do this have someone sit in the cab and turn on the switch and you'll be at the relay and just put you finger on the relay and if you feel it click that means its working and theres probably something wrong with the blower motor. If it doesn't click then either the fuse is blown or there is something wrong with the circuit. That will require a bit of electrical knowledge on your part and if you need any help with testing the circuit feel free to ask me anytime.
