Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: Performance, fuel pump relay, volunterism

Question
Thank you for you your Volunterism. I need some  help.

I have a 79 Jag XJ6, with an 80's Something Vett motor in it. It runs fine for a few miles and then it shuts down. I replaced the fuel pump and filters, plus, I added some Lucas Fuel treatment to it, but it still acts like its starving for fuel.

Any suggestions?

Answer
There is no way that I can help when an original design is altered as all the components are all different.

The only obvious thing that was a constant fault on the oRIGINAL jag setup was that the fuel pump relay was a constant cause of repeated failure. the realy is loacted within the engine compartment on the firewall naer the passengers fender.

That's about all the information that I can offer.
