There is NO such thing as an EXHAUST MANIFOLD VACUUM DIAGRAM.

AnswerOK, So what you need is the:
Emissions label vacuum schematic for vacuum line(s) routing.
There is a white sticker either on the underside of the hood or within the engine compartment showing the vacuum routing.
Your best bet is to take a camera to a junk yard and find a vehicle EXACTLY like your YEAR, MAKE and MODEL and engine size of your vehicle and take a picture of the vacuum diagram on the LARGE WHITE sticker.
Trying to find a vacuum schematic is going to be VERY DIFFICULT to find, Thus the junk yard suggestion.
