I have a 2000 jeep grand cherokee laredo, and the grey molded running board on the side of the car is starting to fade as well as the rear bumper is their any product that will take the fading. what can i do to repair it.

Try something like Armour All. It won't last very long but it look good for a while. You can also paint these pieces. Go to an auto body supply store and ask for a trim color chart. SEM makes these colors in a high quality spray can in colors that will match your trim. Make sure you wash the parts very well with mineral spirits first, especially if tried the Armour All.
