Auto body repair & detailing: rust problem, rust holes, rust problem

Question
Lately I resprayed one of my cars that was badly rusted, which I had wire brushed thoroughly. After a few days it started to rust again. Can you help?

was te rust holes or just on the top layer???
if it was holes you will have to fill it and prime it with a least 3 coats of good primer..
if it is holes you will have to cut out all rust put in replacement metal. and fill both sides complete. than prime and paint it hope this helps
