Car Alarms: truck alarm system, chev truck, 12 volt

I have a 2003 chev truck with a after market alarm system the reset spring loaded is placed on my side panel. I just replaced my engine and not able to start the replacement one due to the alarm appeared to be rearming, this is causing the starter to go bad.I need to completely remove the alarm system. I need your help or can you show me a way to correct the fault.
