Car Alarms: Python 460HP Alarm randomly chirps, designtech, avital

Hi I got a python 460hp, and this started happening about 1-2months ago. quite often at night about 2-3 times a week and always roughly at the same time each time as well. The alarm will chirp 10 times then nothing happens. I always thought it was a neighbor's car but I just happen to see it chirp myself the other day. It chirps 10 times with no stop, with the lights flashing. However when I disarm the system each morning it acts as if nothing has happened, it still gives the 2 chirp disarm instead of 4-5 chirps if the alarm was set off earlier.
