Car Alarms: Code Alarm Disable, valet mode, code alarm

I have a Code Alarm Model: CA425 Rev:02 It is a remote start as well.  I would like to disable the Automatic Arming without having to use Valet Mode.  If this is not possible is there a way to disarm the whole alarm and still keep the use of the keyless entry?  Please Help if you can.  I am also having trouble hooking up the parking lights, I am not sure which wire coming from the BCM (black box) is supposed to hook up to my Positive (brown) wire, I have a Black/white wire and a White wire currently hooked to nothing at all and assume it's one of those, but not sure what the other wire is supposed to connect to.  Thanks in advance.
