Car Alarms: 2000 Cadallic Factory Alarm, passkey iii, cadallic

My factory alarm on my car has shut down my fuel infection.  When I put my key in, the car will not start.  I tried locking the doors and unlocking them with the keyless entry but that did not work. Is there a way I can reset the factory alarm or something.

Well, doubtful that you can do it at this juncture, but the PASSKEY III
System in this car has been triggered and is in long tamper mode.
