Car Alarms: toad alarm, toad alarm, toyota celica

ex my spelling , right i have a 95 n reg toyota celica and it has a toad alarm sistem fitted , av had the batry off and back on , carnt fined the reset button , the fob has the 4 buttons on it , car wont start ! av looked every where for the reset switch can not fined it found a black wier that has a cupell ov buttons attached to it and a headphone type jack on the end ov it ?? is this it if so ware is it plugged in to ?? and what do the switches look like ? and is there eney uther way that i can get round this and reset the alarm ?? pleas help its doing my head in lol
