Car Alarms: 09 tundra, resident technicians, alarmtek

i have an 2009 tundra double cab i put a remote start in it and when i went to start it it clicked twice and now half of my fuse box under the dash is out all of the fuses under the hood and by the alternator are good and tested.  
is there any other fuse locations
