Car Alarms: my vectra X3, vectra, keychain

Question
I have only had my vectra x3 alarm for 3 1/2 months and the keychain arms and unarms the but it dosen't beep in response to arming/disarming the car or when the alarm is activated.All settings are correct and it works on vibrate. How can I resolve this problem? A prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

I'm honestly not too sure.
It's a new system and I am not up on the
feature settings for it.

Inside I think you will find the section on
remote functions and options, plus
the procedure to get that desired affect.
