Car Alarms: Auto Alarms, 1997 ford taurus, resident technicians

the battery on my 1997 Ford Taurus was replaced and now my auto will not start it appears that the alarm system is blocking my ignition from turning over. i've tried using the pad on the dash board to reset the alarm but that does not work.

I unfortunately don't know the
system you are working with to advise
you properly on it's functions,
features, or trouble shooting
information. Better to check with a tech
that might.
