Car Alarms: 95 ford probe factory alarm, keyless entry system, alarmtek

i bought a used ford probe that recently had its battery replaced and when i got it home i realized the keyless entry system did not work and neither did the locks on the door panel. then randomly when the car was locked and system was armed the alarm would go off and the doors would be unlocked. i have done several things to solve the problem and nothing has worked and the alarm is still going off and the doors still do not work the only way to unlock the doors is by putting the key in the drivers door and unlocking it please help!

Please be more descriptive if possible.

"GOING OFF?"

I need to determine whether it's a factory alarm
issue or, if it's an aftermarket system you are
dealing with.

Is it: Headlights flashing, car horn honking
and a worded SECURITY" light in the dash flashing?
(doubtfull since none of the notes show this
car as having a factory alarm system)=FACTORY

Or,

is it: flashing parking lights,
an LED in the dash area, and a siren
going off?= AFTER MARKET

Let me know more on this to better
advise you on a course of action
to take.
