Car Alarms: viper 560 with remote start, keyless entry systems, car alarms

i have ford explorer with viper 560 and remote start out of blue one day alarm started going off by itself while driving  and then a day later remote start dont work if you try to use remote start it starts the dash cluster then nothing happensdoes not even crank
