Car Alarms: Prestige APS 25 Another issue, mercury switch, shock sensor

Question
I recently asked about my alarm constantly going off.  I took it back to the shop and they installed a mercury switch in the trunk.  The alarm doesn't randomly go off anymore but does occasionally give a warning (5 chirps).  I have the shock sensor set so low that you can rock the car and it will not set off the alarm.  What else could be causing the random chirping?

Answer
Sounds like it's reading a spike in the power.
Tell the tech to look at another door trigger.
If a diagnostic is sending a signal, it can set
off the alarm.

And possibly if in it's programming, have him turn OFF
the current sensor. Some alarm systems allow for that.
