Car Alarms: SL2 install, ford windstar, fortin

hi i just received my SL2 FOR MY FORD WINDSTAR i would like to know if plug A is what the transponder plug gets plugged into ? if so can i wire the plug coming from the transponder itself since it can be removed. thanks for the help
