Car Alarms: Factory Alarm on 1991 Toyota Celica GT, toyota celica, starter wire

Question
I have a 1991 Toyota Celica GT and I don't have the remote to deactivate the Factory Alarm in this car and I cant start the car and if I try to open the door the alarm makes the horn start honking...I read on here about a small toggle switch to flip to deactivate the alarm systems and found one on my car and tried it and nothing then I took the switch and replaced it thinking maybe it was worn out and still nothing any advice on how to deactivate the alarm?

Answer
According to the notes, there is no factory alarm.
So my advice is to get the wiring chart
and remove whatever after market nonsense
was installed on the starter wire.

On the new valet switch, if not working was a good thought,
but it's not functioning, so my best
advice is to just to extract it and repair the
starter wire.

Good luck.
