Car Alarms: i need to know how to disable my horn car alarm on my 1990 ford sierra 1796cc lx, ford sierra, car alarm

I bought a car a year ago a ford sierra lx it has a horn car alarm fitted to it. Recently i have heard it making slight beeping noises and when i go out to my car if i open and shut my door again it sorts the problem out. A few times i have went out to start my car and the battery has been dead i think the car alarm is draining my battery.
Could you please give steps on how to disable the alarm or remove so i can solve this problem.

It sounds like the alarm is not grounded
correctly. Re do any grounds under the dash or
under the hood at the siren to see if it
changes the sounds of the siren. If no joy there,
you may want to remove it if it is becoming a nusence.
