Car Alarms: remote alarm reset button!, alarm features, start car

i have a 97 pon bonneville & my remote key alarm batt. died, thus if i tried 2 start car, "kill switch" activate. replaced keyless remote batt. and car is now dead dead dead- alarm wont work/unlock/lock/trunk/panic also won't work. brand new battery- need to reset alarm-- how do i do this? (my security light wont even flash anymore)

Please try to locate the valet switch
to overide the alarm.

If you would read some of the previous
posts I made on this subject, you will
see the procedure to toggle into and out
of valet/override mode. It allows
you to set and reset the starter kill mechanism
as well as all other standard alarm features.

This should also apply to yours.
